Quality & cold chain

Quality Controlled from Origin to Destination

Every programme follows the same disciplined sequence — from grower selection through to arrival and distribution in the UAE and GCC.

Our process

Seven controlled stages.

  1. 01
    Grower / Origin Selection

Growers and exporters are selected by commodity, variety capability and export track record.

  2. 02
    Product Specification

Variety, calibre, grade, packaging and labelling are agreed in writing before purchase.

  3. 03
    Packhouse & Packing Controls

Packing formats, liners and labelling are confirmed against the agreed specification.

  4. 04
    Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection

Inspection at origin covering defects, calibre and pack-out before container release.

  5. 05
    Reefer & Cold-Chain Management

Set-points, ventilation and loading conditions defined per commodity and voyage.

  6. 06
    Documentation & Traceability

Shipping, phytosanitary and origin documents maintained with lot-level references.

  7. 07
    Arrival & Distribution

Arrival checks and onward delivery to customers in the UAE and wider GCC.
